Manfred Rainer
Artist, regisseur and stage designer. Studied painting, animation film and stage design at the University for Applied Science Vienna and at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. Works together with Hannah Rosa Öllinger as the artistic duo oellinger/rainer in the fringe area of installation, film and theatre. With their work they leave on a regular basis the context of cultural institutions. For instance in a participative film project with residence of Tijuana/Mexico or as stage designer for a pop-up opera production in public space.
