Theatre maker and artistic director of various projects and at theatre houses, such as the Schauspielhaus Wien from 2001 to 2007, at ‘Linz09’ from 2007 to 2010, at ‘Kultur.Raum.Stadt Mannheim’, whose project manager he was, too, between 2015 and 2016, and at the ‘Festival of the Regions’ in Upper Austria since 2017. Airan Berg graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts. He is particularly concerned with projects in public spaces in which the participation of citizens plays an important role. Airan Berg is also a co-founder of the initiative ‘Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur’.
