Thomas Daniele, Georg und Paul Schmitzberger want to revolutionize our understanding of producing food. With their Startup they create in artificial ecosystems food - fish - from light. Tanks that are controlled by an algorithm will be able to reconstruct in three steps aquatic food chains, even in hostile enviroments (i.e. desserts). Right now, they are trying with their idea to save the world from the Silicon Valley.
