Elisabeth Wildling has been an artistic research associate at the University of Applied Arts Vienna (Department of Industrial Design) since 2013 and works in a multidisciplinary manner at the interface of philosophy and art. Her practice can be defined by a strong conceptual entry and varies from video installations, digital media installations and photo and paper works. In her artistic work, she focuses on the topics of attention and perception as well as landscape and silence. She is particularly interested in human perception of objects and spatial constellations and their mental representation, media mediation and manipulation.
