Rebecca Böhme
Neuroscientist and assistant professor at the Center for Social and Affective Neuroscience in Linköping, Sweden and head of ‚The Boehme Lab‘. Research focuses on social interaction and interoception. Rebecca Böhme studied biology at the Heidelberg University. She worked at the Max-Planck-Institute for Medical Research. Postdoctoral researcher at the Charité Berlin, at the Humboldt Universität Berlin and at the CSAN, Linköping. Winner of the ‚For Women in Science‘ prize. At the Globart Academy, she will refer to her book ‚Human Touch. Warum körperliche Nähe so wichtig ist‘ (C. H. Beck 2019).
